John,
Congrats on the new project. Hope you don’t forget about me. renegade pictures new film “Abandoned” starring Britney Murphy comes out on DVD & Blue-ray Aug 24th.
Best,
Wood Dickinson
Wood, congrats on your launch of “Abandoned”, looks like an interesting movie, and it should do well. Hope we get to see you at our launch of CKC on September 16 at the Screenland Crown Center…the Film Commission has a great program scheduled.
John
Well I am really excited that you are doing this because for years I wanted to get involved in movies but at the same time I have to keep my KC business going cause it seems to make more money than most of the talent calls I see online.
Anyway I hope you get all technical and attract investers and Steven Speilberg and George Lucas types. When I think of KC movies I think of old boring soap type stuff we need to do much better than that. Until then I will have fun with my hobby on youtube.com/hemingway59 and I hope to join y’alls soon. Sorry I could not be there Thursday I will be in LA but please keep me posted so I can show up next time.
CinemaKC is becoming a great asset to the surrounding film community and having just returned from the Chicago International Children’s Film Festival, I see many positive things that are being achieved here that others are already hearing about!
Are the shows online? I’m interested in developing the same concept… any input is welcome
Charlie,
Right now some of them are online at KCTV 5′s site. Here’s that link:
